Admissions Counselor
Admission Counselor - Part-time - Admission Counselor (Master Level) to perform DSM-IV diagnostic assessments for adult chemically dependent patients and their families. Coordinate therapeutic and financial arrangements; obtain authorization from appropriate payer source.

This position requires a Masters or bachelor's degree in a related field or RN with a minimum of two years experience in an addiction treatment facility.

Case Manager
Case Manager – FT. We are currently seeking a full-time Case Manager. The Case Manager will work under close direct supervision of the Primary Therapists. This person must maintain confidentiality of all pertinent patient care information to assure patient rights are protected. Those individual that have good organizational and computer skills and are highly motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who are looking to get into the field of substance abuse rehabilitation are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of Chemical Dependency and Twelve step program preferred. Good verbal and written skills a must. Must possess an Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of three years clinical work experience in an organization providing service to populations seeking drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Primary working hours are 8:30am to 5pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Cook
FT position available to assist in our Dietary Dept. Position provides assistance to Chef and other Cooks in preparing meals for patients, assist with incoming food orders, cleaning of surrounding area to maintain a safe and clean environment and serving food. Primary working hours 10:30am – 7 pm. Driver - PT
PT position available which is responsible for driving vehicle to transport patients, maintaining facility, assisting in maintaining repairs, and maintenance and providing security to the facility and patients in accordance with current Federal, State, JCAHO standards, as well as established policies and procedures. In addition, performs clerical functions and coordinate activities as assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements: must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s New Jersey license and a good driving record, and a minimum six months’ experience in maintenance job or equivalent in skill. Family Nurse Practitioner
Seabrook House, a nationally recognized inpatient drug and alcohol rehab center, seeks a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for its Southern New Jersey-based facility. Working closely with patients and their families, this person takes a “hands on” approach to heal the mind, body and spirit using the 12-Step principles of recovery.

Eligible candidates will possess a current New Jersey State License and be ANCC or AANP certified with experience in obstetrics, pediatrics and/or addiction.

Housekeeper – The housekeeper’s function in this position is to clean common areas as assigned by your supervisor while still using appropriate Caution/Safety. Maintenance Mechanic
F/T Maintenance position available which will be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of general building systems on campus. Tasks that require the ability to trouble-shoot and diagnose a variety of problems include: installing outlets and other electrical appliances in a timely and safe manner; repairing a wide range of food service equipment; installing and repairing plumbing fixtures and equipment; and maintaining heating systems. Requirements: must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and a minimum five years experience in a commercial or hospital setting repairing mechanical equipment or similar experience in a particular trade. Medical Director

Nursing Supervisor
The full-time position is responsible for
assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care through outcome identification and evidence-based practice. As an integral member of the health care team, coordinates patient care and communicates and collaborates extensively with other members of the team. Maintains and demonstrates high standards of professional ethics. Supervises the nursing staff frequently and works with the Nurse Manager to improve nursing practice. Delegates and monitors care rendered by members of the nursing department and healthcare team. Participates in orientation, education of the healthcare team. Attends nursing staff meetings and in-services. RN, BSN required along with experience with Women’s Health Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation. Patient Care Associate (PCA) $10 per hour
FT/PT positions available to assist patients hands-on in their daily schedules, perform follow up phone calls, charting duties as necessary and participate in treatment team meeting as scheduled. Primary Therapist
We are currently seeking full-time Primary Therapists to perform bio-psychosocial interviews, diagnostic evaluations, individual counseling, group counseling and therapy to assist and provide support to patients during early stages of recovery. Must be a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and possess at least two years of experience as a clinician in an organization providing services to populations seeking drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Masters degree preferred with experience in any of the following: 12 Step Programs, sex & love relationships, gambling, dual diagnoses or eating disorders. Quality Assurance/Grants Coordinator – PT
PT position available; the right candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge of State, Federal regulations, CARF, ASAM and Seabrook House standards as they pertain to job expectations; maintain confidentiality of all pertinent patient care information to assure patient rights are protected; reviews all appropriate CARF Standards and State Regulations with the Vice President of Treatment and advises other appropriate staff members of required changes. Incorporates changes into organizational systems after approval; reviews and analyzes monitoring and evaluation activities; advises of non-compliance with standards/regulations and evaluates possible causes and areas in need of improvement; encourages staff participation in discussions and in developing and implementing solutions for improving systems and functions; oversees the development and maintenance of policies and procedures, and assures that they are in compliance with statutes, regulations and other requirements; assures that Policy and Procedures Manuals are updated; develop procedure manuals for all existing grants; develop procedure manuals for new grants as they are awarded; work with all departments in finalizing the tasks;
develop, and when approved, offer training session to appropriate staff members prior to grant implementation; maintain calendar of reporting deadlines; complete and coordinate reporting details for Director's signature and submit to grant funding agencies. Staff Accountant
Staff Accountant – FT position reporting to Controller will be responsible for general ledger account analysis, fixed asset analysis and back up to accounts payable and payroll.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required along with 1-3 years’ similar experience. Position demands hands-on knowledge of ADP, Primepoint or other payroll services combined with expert computer skills including advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail orientation, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliver on deadlines are a must.
