Our wellness & complimentary therapies include acupuncture, EMDR and brain spotting, equine assisted therapy, music therapy, reflexology, Reiki, and therapeutic chair massage. We also offer wellness programs that include rhythm in recovery, mindfulness meditation, relationship group, sleep hygiene, stress management, and yoga.
